Lilac Cottage is a charming character beamed cottage with the comforts of modern living, a delightful cosy hideaway for two! Open plan lounge/diner/ kitchen and downstairs WC . A large bedroom with shower on the first floor. Patio with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The kitchen has fridge/ freezer, full size electric oven, microwave oven, and a full range of dishes and pans, cutlery, glass wear and crockery. Because we like you to feel at home, we provide all your linen for use in the cottage, bed linen, towels, tea towels and shower mat, please bring your own towels for the beach and pool. Free WIFI too!

LOCATION
Lilac Cottages is in the small village of Marldon between the Coast and Dartmoor, a perfect location for your short break or holiday. A village Inn is within strolling distance and was voted the best in Devon for food! Occombe Farm, a free attraction, lots of activities with a fabulous farm shop and cafe just 15 minutes walk.
The beaches or Torbay, the medieval town of Totnes and the fishing port of Brixham, the River Dart, Greenway, Agatha Christies House all around five miles and historic Dartmouth ten miles using the ferry. Dartmoor is just 30 minutes drive away, stunning scenery, the setting for two major films released this year, We Bought a Zoo about Dartmoor Zoo and War Horse.

seaside towns and villages, North Devon makes for the perfect cottage holiday getaway.
Discover the beauties of this tranquil landscape for yourself with one of Go2's holiday lets or

cycling. This is Lorna Doone country, where farmers have battled the elements for
